Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Manifold Marketing and Analytics LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company, collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Manifold self-serve advertising platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and other information you provide during registration and onboarding.

1.2 Payment Information

We use Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor. When you add a payment method, your credit or debit card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers. We receive and store only a tokenized reference, card brand, last four digits, and expiration date for display and billing purposes.

1.3 Campaign Data

We collect information related to your advertising campaigns, including campaign names, budget allocations, targeting parameters, audience segments, creative assets, and performance data.

1.4 First-Party Audience Data

If you upload audience lists for targeting (email addresses, phone numbers, or mobile advertising IDs), we process this data to enable campaign targeting. Uploaded identifiers are hashed using industry-standard methods (SHA-256) and are not used for any purpose other than delivering your campaigns.

1.5 Creative Assets

We store images, videos, audio files, and other creative materials you upload for use in your campaigns. These files are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure.

1.6 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about your use of the Platform, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and actions taken within the Platform. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform.
  • Process payments and manage billing, including threshold-based and invoice billing.
  • Deliver, optimize, and report on your advertising campaigns.
  • Communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and Platform updates.
  • Improve the Platform and develop new features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Infrastructure

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits.

3.2 Payment Security

Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your payment card data is encrypted and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements. Manifold Marketing and Analytics LLC does not have access to your full payment card details at any time.

3.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and — only with your consent — for analytics and advertising. The categories are:

  • Essential cookies (always active): Required for authentication, session management, security, billing, and basic Platform functionality. These include Supabase authentication cookies, Stripe payment cookies, and themfld_consent cookie that records your cookie choices.
  • Analytics cookies (opt-in): Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, retained up to 2 years) that help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels (opt-in): Google Ads (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw, ~90 days), the Meta Pixel (_fbp, ~90 days), and the Yahoo DSP dot tag. These measure the performance of our advertising and are used by those partners to build advertising audiences.

Your consent controls tracking. No analytics or advertising cookie is set, and no analytics or advertising script loads, unless you opt in through the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" / "Your Privacy Choices" link in the site footer; withdrawing consent deletes the associated tracking cookies. Your choice is stored for 12 months.

Global Privacy Control: We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, advertising cookies and pixels are disabled for you automatically, regardless of any stored preference.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the Platform, including Stripe (payments), cloud infrastructure providers (data storage), and advertising exchange partners (campaign delivery).
  • Advertising partners (only with your consent): If you opt in to advertising cookies, Google, Meta, and Yahoo receive device identifiers and site activity from their tags on our site, which may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time via the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Manifold Marketing and Analytics LLC, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Campaign data and performance metrics may be retained for reporting and analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address listed below. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to access, correct, and delete it, the right to data portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising tags on our site (Google, Meta, Yahoo) run only if you opt in, and any resulting "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising can be stopped at any time via the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the site footer. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will verify and respond to requests within the timeframe required by applicable law, will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and — where your state law provides one — you may appeal a refusal by replying to our decision.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
